Hi everyone. I'm Ky Dickens and I'm thrilled to welcome you to the Talk Tracks. In this series, we dive deeper into the revelations, challenges, and unexpected truths from the telepathy tapes. The goal is to explore all the threads that weave together our understanding of reality, science, spirituality, and yes, even unexplained things like psi abilities.

If you haven't yet listened to season one of the telepathy tapes, I encourage you to start there. It lays the foundation for everything we'll be exploring in this journey, we'll feature conversations with groundbreaking researchers, thinkers, nons, speakers, and Experiencers who illuminate the extraordinary connections that may defy explanation today, but won't for long.

Today is the season finale of the Talk Tracks because season two of the Telepathy tapes starts October 15th, and it's as mind bending and paradigm shifting as season one. This episode is a little different than anything else we've done, but it's been one of the most requested topics. [00:01:00] Yet we're gonna take you on some very special meditations to help you unlock your inner potential.

We've reunited with some of our most asked about talk tracks guests, so they can guide you in their own personal meditation practices to help our audience get into the headspace and body space necessary to start cultivating your own energy, to foster your own liabilities, and maybe even communicate telepathically.

First we're joined by Dan, who was featured in the very first talk tracks episode called Dan Goes to the Hill. Dan's personal story and his mindset have caught listeners attention since that episode aired. Due to what Dan has lived through, it's remarkable he's still even here. His personal meditation practice gave him his life back and has taken him to incredible places, including a trip to the hill.

One of our most frequently asked questions since the talk tracks premiered, has been requests for what is Dan's process that enabled him to open his mind, his body, helped him to heal, and to learn to listen without necessarily hearing. So today Dan is going to share with you his personal meditations, the [00:02:00] ones he uses to tap into his healing and telepathic abilities.

Hi. This is Dan from Talk Tracks episode one and I'm here to lead some meditations on opening your connective capacity to the greater subconscious. And before diving in, I want to talk about intention. Intention is so important if we intend only for the betterment of ourselves and for our skills expanding,

we end up having a very narrow focus. However, if we keep it wide and spacious, you end up getting limitless possibilities and you find things and you see things, and you experience things that you didn't think were possible. So it's good to go into this with an open mind and to [00:03:00] keep the intention strong,

but not so focused on just you. The first meditation will be on breath. I intend for this breath to be calming for me, people without a physical voice, and all those people supporting those without a physical voice and for all sentient beings. So you can keep the meditation intention wide and expansive.

And it's important to feel the intention to have it not just be a thing you say, but a thing you feel and a thing you feel strongly for from your heart. So I just want you to get into the rhythm of the breath first. [00:04:00] It's a simple breath. The simplest kinds of practices are ones you can replicate, not just sitting with your eyes closed, but you can do these when you're out, when you're shopping, when you're driving, when you're going for a walk.

You can do these in dreams and specifically it's calming and settling, and you will feel the physical benefit and the emotional benefit, the spiritual benefit by working on these breath practices. So we'll start with your meditation posture. Eyes closed

back, straight feet, planted hands on your thighs.

You start by breathing in through your nose for a count of [00:05:00] four. Hold for four and then out for six. So breathe in for four,

hold for four out for six.

So now I want you to transition and visualize what's coming as a color. I want you to see the color blue. You're breathing in a calming blue energy and on your out breath, you're breathing out anger. You're breathing out anxiety, you're breathing out negative emotion confusion. I want this, I want that. I need this, I need that.

All of that as a color red, and you're breathing in blue, so just, you could see it as a blue. As blue water. As blue energy coming in, and you'll see red energy going out your [00:06:00] mouth. Breathe in that calming blue energy for four.

Hold for four, and then breathe out that red for six.

Breathe in the calming blue for four.

Hold for four. Read out for six.

The next phase is building grounding to the earth. See roots coming from the base of your spine, going through the floor of wherever you are. Into the soil beneath, crashing through rock, all elements of earth, the mantle, the water roots, and I want you to pull in this calming [00:07:00] blue from the center of the earth.

Let it go into the base of your spine. Feel it filling up the base of your spine. Hold it there, and all the residual tension, anger. Bad feelings that you don't want, throw it down. That grounding to the earth to have it be incinerated, the base of your spine is where you experience safety and stability.

And the purpose of this is to have you take refuge in the stability of the earth and transmute. You do not have to hold onto it any longer. So breathe in from the center of the earth through your root system to the base of your spine on the count of four. Okay? Breathe in for four,[00:08:00] 

hold for four, then send out all that anger, all that upset, down the roots to the center of the earth. Don't worry, the earth will ate any of your anger. Breathe in the calming blue for four. One more time.

Hold for four and out for six.

Now we're going to get to your heart. We're gonna breathe in through the root system from the center of the earth, that calm energy. We're gonna fill up that calm energy through the roots, through the base of your spine to your heart. We're gonna see the heart expand to the size of your entire chest.

Hold that, [00:09:00] and then we're gonna breathe out any of that excess tension, any of that excess worry. All forms of negative emotion out through the ground, out through your root system into the center of the earth to be destroyed. So breathe in that calming blue through your roots on the count of four through your base of your spine into your heart.

See that heart expand.

Hold that expansive heart, holding all that calm,

and then breathe out. All anger, all tension, all worry.[00:10:00] 

Now, breathe in that calm from the center of the earth through your root system, through the base of your spine, through your heart, expanding your heart,

and hold

and release any excess tension. Down the base of your spine, down the roots, down your, let's destroy it. Let's do this one more time. Breathe in, calm from the center of the earth into your heart. See that heart expand

and send out that red, send out that tension.

It's going down the,

and it's gone forever unless it [00:11:00] comes back, but you know what to do.

So now that you're grounded with the earth,

turn to your breath. Just breathe in for four.

Hold for four

out for six,

and I want you to end the short dedication. May this be calming for me

for all those without a physical voice. For all those who are helping those without a physical voice, and for the benefit of all, [00:12:00] take one more breath

and out and open your eyes and you can come outta meditation. There is no greater benefit. That I can think of than the breath and returning to the breath in stressful moments of life in moments that I recognize are causing me tension. To return to the breath and to turn stressful experiences and to opportunities to practice is huge.

By calming your mind in these moments. It brings you closer to the collective field, to the subconscious. When we're stuck in our chatter mind, when we're thinking about success, when we're thinking about growth and all these other [00:13:00] things, it's impossible for us to connect with the wider field. But if we can quiet our minds, if we can quiet our ego.

If we learn to really go to our breath,

the wisdom and the possibilities are endless.

The second meditation I want to guide is extremely near and dear to me. Because this is the meditation that I was doing that brought me on the same frequency as the non speakers, the speech clinic where I [00:14:00] was volunteering. It's an observation both from the podcast, but also just seeing it firsthand. As a group, it's a group of people who aren't led by ego, by drive, by expansion, by climbing a ladder, by, you know, becoming the next CEO.

Their interests lie on totally different. Levels of human consciousness than our speakers day-to-day. It's a just a totally different existence. So this meditation is a body scan meditation, [00:15:00] specifically geared towards removing ego. Removing the fear of exploitation, the desire to exploit from our body, and instead filling our body with compassion, with cohesion, with a desire to connect, desire to be won.

With all, it sounds ambitious,

but I strongly believe that if we all were to try and put ourselves on the plane, on the natural setting. [00:16:00] Of how those who don't have a physical voice profiled here, we would have a kinder, gentler, more cohesive world. So one person at a time, we can do this and, and one person at a time.

We can feel this connection. So return to your meditation posture,

eyes closed

back, straight feet planted hands on your thighs.

Just take a simple four count and

hold for [00:17:00] four and out for six.

Now the intention of this meditation will be to remove all forms of exploitation, fear of exploitation, desire to exploit ego.

This, this yearning to climb, to have more, to have more, to have more, to see where this lives in our body and for the benefit of us, but also for the benefit of all those. We love to just get rid of it, but first, before we get rid of it, we need to notice it. Try and get rid of it too soon. We may miss something.

So without judgment, scan your body. We'll start with your right foot[00:18:00] 

and remember to breathe during this. And you can see this ego, this exploitation energy as black jacks, black barbs. In your toes, your right toes in the top of your foot, the bottom arch in your heel. No judgment. Just see where these black barbs are and look and see. They may wrap around your, your shin, your calf, your knee.

Your right thigh, your upper thigh, your under thigh, your right hip without judgment. Just see where these black [00:19:00] barbs are

and go over to your left hip and see if there's any other barbs over there.

Going down your left thigh, where is the tension? You may see it. You may feel it.

Just notice it. It's not time for you to cure this. It's not time for you to get rid of it. Just notice where there's black barbs. Go down your left leg into your left knee, your left shin. Left calf, your left foot,

and all five toes. See those barbs. Feel those barbs? Any tension? A okay. Just notice, don't fix.[00:20:00] 

Start at the base of your spine, your generative organs.

And work your way up,

your stomach, your low back. These wrap up, they do. For us all, there's no judgment.

We're all a product of this world. We're our ego, our self-determination. To excel and improve is a big part of our identity. Just notice it right now and see it.

See it in your shoulders. See it in your heart.[00:21:00] 

See it working up your spine.

Your entire central channel where all your kidneys and liver and everything will sit

and from your shoulders, work your way down your right arm. See those black barbs? You can feel it as tension. You can feel it as pain. You can see it. It's these black barbs that kind of connect. That whisk down your right arm to your right hand and all five fingers. Check out your left arm. How does that look?

Where are the barbs? Where's the tension?

Your bicep and tricep. Your elbow,[00:22:00] 

your left forearm. Top of it, the bottom of it. Your hands, and all five fingers on your left hand.

Now look for your neck.

Where are the black barbs on your neck?

This is the place of your voice going up to your mouth. Just see it. Don't analyze it.

Breathe in, breathe out.

Go through your face, through your ears and the top of your head and just look your eyes. I. See or feel or notice where these black barbs are.[00:23:00] 

Now that you've noticed your whole body,

I want you to imagine hands above your head. These can be divine hands. Hands of God. Hands from source, hands from however you view your connection to a higher self. These can be hands of angels. These can be hands of guides.

However you want to see these hands, these healing hands above you. Allow them to pull these barbs out of the top of your head. One by one from your toes all the way through your whole system, and [00:24:00] just allow these hands to pull all the barbs out and just breathe through it while envisioning and seeing the hands pulling the barbs out.

So breathe in.

And then let them go out

these hands. Just keep pulling the barbs out and just let it happen.

Breathe in again

and let these hands do their work and just pull the rest of the barbs out.

And the hands take these barbs and throw them out way far away, and see these barbs explode [00:25:00] in a fireworks display of all kinds of color. Miraculous color, beautiful, spectacular color. And then watch it all fade away.

Now see a sun above you

and have the sun radiate down. Compassion interconnection as a color gold down through your head, your spine, your shoulders, your arms. Your entire body to your hips and your legs, all the way to your feet,

to the space around you, about a [00:26:00] foot and a half, two feet, the energy that you radiate out beyond your physical body, and let all that compassion. That interconnection, just let it fill up

and be strengthened by the interconnection,

by being on level with all

Breathe in. One more time, on a count of four

and outta six.

Now we'll move to dedicate this practice to remove this desire to win, to exploit, to conquer, and replace it [00:27:00] with the desire to connect for the benefit. All those we love. For ourselves, for those without a physical voice, for those who support those without a physical voice and to all sentient beings,

and feel that dedication and you can open your eyes and come out of meditation.

Next we're joined by Suzy Miller, who is featured both in the first season of the Telepathy Tapes and again, in episode four of the Talk tracks. Suzy will be guiding us in her meditation practice designed to open up the energy fields of the body to receive telepathic communication and strengthen your own telepathic voice.

Suzy has helped so many parents of non [00:28:00] speakers with autism and non speakers themselves, including Laura and Trevor from the talk tracks. We're honored to have her share with us her voice and her guidance throughout this process. In this meditation, you'll be supported in telepathic communication by opening the energy field of the heart, releasing the mental structures that stand in the way, and reconnecting to what we are all innately capable of.

This process is a realignment and will be supported by your very own children and or those that you serve. So as we start this meditation, let's go ahead and close our eyes.

Let's start breathing into the heart space. As if the heart is the only place that you can breathe into. So nice, [00:29:00] deep inhales into the heart, and as you exhale, exhale out 360 degrees around you. Breathing deep, deep, deep on the inhale, right into the center of the heart. Exhaling out from the heart. 360 degrees.

Let's do that one more time. Deep into the center of the heart. Exhaling out 360 degrees. As we're exhaling out 360 degrees. We naturally create a little bit of a container or a bubble around us. And what I would like you to do now is to invite your child or the children that you support [00:30:00] or serve to stand in that bubble with you, so as if they're standing right with you, toe to toe, face to face.

Just allowing them to be present with you. Go ahead and take another nice deep inhaling to the heart space and exhale out 360 degrees again encompassing both you and your child, or a child that you work with.

Before we start anything else here, let's start opening that heart space. We're gonna do that by allowing or imagining that your child [00:31:00] takes his or her hand and reaches that hand right in through your chest and. Holds your heart in their hands.

So again, allowing them to take their hand and imagining that it's going right in through your chest and you are literally putting your heart in their hands.

As you put their, your heart in their hands, there is an automatic recalibration. Most parents are taught to hide their hearts [00:32:00] or to keep what's going on in their heart space Separate. Or hidden from their children. When you have a population of children who know and see and experience everything that you know and see and experience, it's kind of futile to hold your heart space from them.

So again, their hands are coming in right through your chest and you're allowing yourself to rest your heart in their hands.

Everybody breathe

as you're resting your heart in their hands. [00:33:00] There is already a recalibration going on. There is already an openness happening.

There is no longer a hiding, and there is a deep sense of trust that's taking place between the energetics of you and the energetics of. A child.

So again, just breathing into that space

and let what comes up comes up. Is there fear? Is there anxiety? Are there tears even at the thought of resting your heart in your child's hand?

If [00:34:00] any of that is arising, we're gonna let it just be there. We're simply going to notice what's coming up, and we're gonna stay the course. We're gonna stay with it.

Notice if you immediately want to back away notice if you feel like this might be a burden to your child, and I can assure you that it's not.

It's an opportunity for them to support. Your recalibration back to quite honestly what you've always [00:35:00] been capable of but might have gotten conditioned out of.

So once again, your child right in front of you, their ha hand outstretched, your heart resting in their hand. Letting whatever wants to come up, come up, let it all be felt

beautiful.

So again, nice deep breath into the center of your heart space. Exhaling out 360 degrees holding both of you in that field.

With the hand still on the heart, I want you to imagine that there is [00:36:00] an information field or a line of energy. An expression of energy that's moving back and forth between your mental body, your neurology, and theirs.

Their neurological process functions vary differently than a more neurotypical brain. You might say. There are access points in their neurology that vastly eclipse. A more neurotypically developing brain and think about this exchange between their neurology and yours as [00:37:00] the way they're showing it to me is like putting jumper cables on our.

And restarting something again that is there is available but doesn't typically get utilized.

So again, there's standing right in front of us, right in front of you, and there is now a. Exchange of energy going on between their neurology and yours,

and just notice what you notice. Notice what you feel. Are you trying to figure out what's taking place? Are you simply open [00:38:00] to receive?

Is it a little scary to consider having access telepathically?

Is it exciting? Just notice what your mind, what your neurology is kind of programmed to.

Dish up as this connection is being made

and whatever's arising is absolutely fine. There's nothing to push away. There's nothing that we can get away from. We're just allowing it to all come up.[00:39:00] 

As the kids continue to reorient or realign our neurology

with a capacity that we all have, but we kind of forgot.

Here we go.

Okay, so again, breathing right into the heart, exhaling out 360 degrees, holding yourself and your child in that field of oneness.

And now again, if they're standing, looking right at you, toe to toe, you might say. Let's go right down [00:40:00] into the area of the solar plexus, right down into the stomach area,

and there's a sense of empowerment that comes naturally and organically when we step into greater capacity. There is absolutely a sense of empowerment when we can connect with

our children in ways that we haven't been able to.

So again, there's an energetic exchange going on between their solar plexus and.[00:41:00] 

And just feel into for a moment,

how amazing would it feel? How empowering would it be

to have more communication flowing between you and your child? Or the children that you serve,

how would it feel if telepathic communication is already available to you for that to be enhanced? Empowered in clarity. In consistency.

There we go. Breathing, breathing. Breathing.

Again, we'll [00:42:00] breathe right into the heart space. Exhale out 360 degrees,

holding this connection neurologically, holding the connection heart to heart, holding the connection. Through an empowerment. An empowerment that quite frankly goes both directions.

The non-speaker, the telepathic communicator, feeling much more empowered by being able to get their messages across. He might say, you feeling much more empowered by being able to receive them.

Here we go

[00:43:00] again. If that hand, if their hands have slipped away from underneath your heart space, place your heart right back on their hands and see how that feels. Now,

here we go. Just relaxing into it. There's a lot of reorientation, reprogramming, realignment taking place,

really all at the hands of your children or those that you work with. They're more than capable of supporting this process. Especially when we are open to receive that capacity.[00:44:00] 

There we go.

Breathe, breathe, breathe.

Okay, so you might start feeling a little bit of pull or open in your heart space if you haven't already.

You might feel a little disorientation or reorientation if you haven't already.

There we go. And there might be more of an openness, a willingness, a curiosity, a capacity to receive. Empowerment to receive beyond what's been exchanged before.

So let's ground this all out.[00:45:00] 

Let's imagine that there is a cord that we can drop from the bottom of our hearts,

right? Where the kids. Have a grip on us dropping a cord from the bottom of our hearts right down into and through the earth, giving ourselves the opportunity to ground out this energy.

So you can imagine that you're wrapping that cord. Around a rock or the roots of a tree. You can imagine that that cord's dropping all the way down into the center of the earth and grounding out there, wrapping around that core of the earth [00:46:00] and just allow yourself to feel stable. This new connection point, allow yourself to feel regulated in your own bodies

by this new capacity and how it might show up in your lives.

It can show up as in the dream state. It can show up as. Heightened telepathic abilities. It can show up as brand new telepathic connections will allow it to show up however it wants to. However, it is easiest, most graceful, but will allow it to show up[00:47:00] 

knowing that any. Surprise and delight that might come with that can be grounded out very easily.

Beautiful. So let's go ahead one more time. Breathing right into the heart space. Exhaling out 360 degrees around you and your child. And allowing your child to pull back their hand,

taking that hand and putting it on their hearts,

taking your hand and putting it on your heart.

And allowing your [00:48:00] kids to step back outside of that sphere,

you are still breathing into the heart. Exhaling out 360 degrees, holding your own hearts,

letting them hold theirs.

With the new information that's been exchanged,

breathe, breathe, breathe.

And when you're ready, start coming back to your physical body. Start wiggling your fingers and toes. Start blinking your eyes open

and [00:49:00] with your eyes open, just noticing how does your heart feel? Is your mind a little quieter? Are you feeling a little bit more present?

Just giving yourself permission to notice what you notice,

breathing into that space. Beautiful. So this is an awesome experience to repeat frequently. Every time you repeat the process, what you're doing is you are solidifying that connection. Through your neurology, through your heart, and through the empowerment that it brings both to you and your children.

When that communication, that [00:50:00] telepathic communication, is able to be received.

Right. Beautiful. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, and enjoy.
